When two (or more people) have different information about the same thing, problems start. These are bullshit problems because in most cases, exchanging information solves them.
Real problems are when people have the same information and understand one another’s position but still disagree about what to do. The difference here is not information, it is what people believe in.
We cannot arrive at an opportunity to solve a real problem until we escape the emotional gravity of bullshit problems. Unfortunately, emotions often get the better of us and we do what we do (only to regret it later). For this reason, countries go to war, businesses close, jobs are lost and love dies in the name of bullshit.
Therefore, choose to listen in order to understand rather than to respond; speak to be understood rather than to be heard. If anything, so that you do not allow bullshit to kill the things you value.
